Unite Morriss House comprises 661 cluster flats with en-suite bathrooms and 39 studio apartments across two six-storey blocks. This impressive new student accommodation offers study areas, karaoke, games and fitness rooms, as well as a café area. The development also includes 1,648m² of new commercial space and aims to be net zero carbon, operating with 100% renewable energy.

 

The roof features IKO Permatec Hot Melt. The dormers are constructed with Sika Single Ply Roof Covering and PPC Aluminium Fascia Flashings to the dormer elevations. The building also includes PPC Anodic Gold Cappings and Vieo Standing Seam Pitched Roof Cladding.
