The Creative Hub project formed part of the University of Northampton’s Waterside Campus development, which aimed to create an outstanding centre for higher education. The building’s curvaceous lines and simple colour palette give it a strong architectural presence and confidence unrivalled in the rest of Northampton. 

 

Metclad Contracts worked with a range of 

manufacturers to supply the highest quality products including, Kingframe SFS, IKO PermaTEC Monolithic Hold Melt roofing and Bilco UK access hatches. The façade was produced primarily using Kingspan Karrier panels, Kingpspan Cassette trays and BTS Fabrications 2mm PPC aluminium cappings, trims and flashings.
