UNITE Greetham Street was one of Portsmouth’s first and largest student accommodation projects, creating a home for 836 students in the heart of the city. The building is visually very striking, consisting of stepped level blocks in variety of contrasting colours. 

 

Metclad Contracts completed the building’s extensive roofing and cladding package which included over 9,000sqm of EOS Structural Framing, Tyvek Supro breather membrane and Kingspan K15 insulation. To complete the façade Booth Murie 4mm Alpolic FR ACM panels.
