UNITE White Rose View in Leeds consists of two towers, one 16 storeys and the other 27 storeys high. This impressive new student accommodation development boasts 976 student bedrooms, an in-house gym, cinema and even a karaoke room. The building was designed to make a subtle statement on the Leeds' skyline. This founding principle influenced every decision throughout the design and construction process.

 

To create the building's sharp facade, Sotech Optima FC Rainscreen panes were used alongside Kingfisher architectural louvres. Metclad Contracts worked with a range of high-quality manufacturers including Kingspan, Siniat and Siderise.
