🏗 Progress Update: Alder Hey Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Liverpool

Work is progressing well at the Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust's new Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The steel frame, metal decking, and concrete floors are complete. The façade is now nearing completion, with brickwork installed, the majority of cladding panels fitted, and render installation due to begin shortly.

The NICU is being built on the former Emergency Department car park and will extend the existing hospital. The new unit will provide an 18-room NICU, alongside a new Emergency Decisions Unit, Paediatric Admission Unit, and Urgent Treatment Centre.
