Claycroft Roofing

Finishing touches to Claycroft Residential Halls (CC3 Phase 2) this week at Warwick Uni. With just four weeks left of this phase of works, scaffolding is now coming down to meet the programme requirements. 

Metclad have stripped the existing roof tiles, and successfully installed a full new roof comprising of a Euroclad Elite 3 system with SF500 standing seam sheets, and matching bespoke gutter and fascias in Anthracite Grey. 

Our Peter Heath has been our Contracts Manager on this project and, together with his team, has worked hard to overcome some logistical challenges on site. With careful planning and continued communication, we've been able to stay on schedule, ready to start the next phase in a few weeks.
